Return Process
- 1.Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive an Authorization Merchandise (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, cables, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
- 3.Ship the Item
Send the package via a trackable shipping service to the return address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
